Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within Estonia.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been confirmed and payment has been received. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected delivery method and destination.

Pick-up is available in Pärnu by prior agreement. If you would like to pick up your order, please contact us after placing your order or choose the available pick-up option at checkout, if applicable.

For B2B clients, partners and wholesale orders, different shipping, delivery and pick-up terms may apply. These terms are agreed separately depending on the order volume, location and partnership arrangement.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the relevant delivery information by email or SMS, depending on the delivery provider.

Please make sure that all delivery details are correct before placing your order. MIZUKIRI OÜ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and include your order number, along with photos of the product and packaging.
