About Us

The story of MIZUKIRI began in the summer of 2025, with a simple idea: to create something we would genuinely want to drink every day - something fresh, healthy, beautiful and functional, giving clean energy and pure joy to our bodies.

Today, MIZUKIRI is brought to life by a team of four: Anni, Eliisabet, Alex and Hans. We all come from different backgrounds and bring different strengths, but we share the same feeling - a love for good taste, conscious living, design and turning new ideas into reality.

MIZUKIRI Matcha Tonic was born from the desire to bring together high-quality matcha, light carbonation and a clean taste experience. We wanted to create a drink that looks good, tastes good and truly supports you - without excess sugar, heaviness or an artificial feeling. 

We are at the beginning of our journey, and that is exactly what makes it special. Every detail - the taste, design, ingredients and overall feeling - has been carefully thought through, tested and refined by us here in Estonia.
